Meet The Staff
The Hygiene Team
Carrie has over 2 decades of experience as a dental Hygienist. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them to achieve optimal dental health. She lives in Anderson with her husband, Terry, and their two children. Carrie and Terry own TLC Produce, a small local strawberry farm. She dabbles in photography, gardening, and crafts in her spare time.
Jennifer has been a licensed dental hygienist since 2020 and has been with Dr. Molly’s practice since 2022. She is married and has three handsome boys. She enjoys boating and traveling with family and friends.
Kim started her career as Front Office in 2000 as she studied to become a Hygienist. She earned her Dental Hygiene license in 2004 from Indiana University School of Dentistry. She has filled in as a substitute Hygienist here since 2020 before joining us full-time in June 2025. Kim resides in Anderson with her boyfriend and 3 children – Tripp, Finley, & Silas with bonus daughter Lucy – and their 3 Boxers – Boden, Trigger, & Tater. Kim loves boating, reading, and traveling in her spare time.
Clinical Assisting Team
Angie is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She brings with her to our practice over 28 years of experience in dentistry. She enjoys helping others achieve a beautiful smile. She is married and has three sons. She enjoys boating, golfing, spending time with her family and friends, and being a grandmother in her spare time.
Avery is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Avery brings more than 3 years of experience in dentistry. Avery is dedicated to providing comfortable and effective patient care while helping her patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Front Office Team
Chasity is our office manager; she brings over 20 years of experience in dentistry to our practice. She looks forward to helping our patients with all their dental needs. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping trips with her daughter, spending time with family, vacationing, and exploring new places.
Elizabeth is our front office business associate. Elizabeth has been in the dental field for more than 4 years and brings with her extensive knowledge of dental insurances. With a proactive and positive attitude, Elizabeth contributes to day-to-day success and long term goals of the practice, ensuring that every interaction reflects the values and standards of MW Dentistry. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her two young boys.
